Job Duties 職責

Ensure food production and plating to meet quality standards consistently 確保食物制作及出品符合公司要求質素
Keep work safety and food hygiene standards確保工作安全及保持食物衛生達致標準
Make sure the kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards.確保廚房用品、設備和工作區域確保符合建立標準
Assist the Head Chef in daily operation 協助主廚維持廚房日常運作

Job Requirements 工作要求

  • 3+ year working experience in relevant western cuisine最少三年相關西餐廚師經驗
  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures 熟識食物處理經理,衞生, 制作及烹煮程序
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable 勤奮, 有熱誠及有責任感
  • Good communication skills 良好溝通技巧

Server/ Supervisor / 侍應 /主任

Job Duties 職責

General server work, order taking, serving customers, setting and cleaning the tables 一般侍應工作,為客人點餐,服務顧客,擺設及收拾餐桌

  • F.5/ DSE or above 中五程度或以上程度
