Chef Oscar had the honor of working at one of the most esteemed French fine-dining establishments in Hong Kong, which has been bestowed with two Michelin stars in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong. His expertise in crafting old-fashioned meat-based cuisine, earning him the name of “Meat Alchemist.”
